This Website Maintenance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you hereinafter referred to as  (“Client”), and Destined Designz hereinafter referred to as (“Designer”).

WHEREAS, Client hereby wishes to engage in Designer’s services and Designer will provide certain website maintenance services to Client as provided in this Agreement.

THEREFOR IN CONSIDERATION THEREOF all parties herein hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

• Website & Database Backup
• WordPress Core Update
• WordPress Theme Update
• WordPress Plugin Update
• Troubleshoot Technical Issues – 30min

The Client has chosen a maintenance option via monthly PayPal authorization. Click here to see the details of what is included in your montly website maintenance plan.

Fee for website maintenance services are as agreed upon via your monthly PayPal authorization.  Invoices paid after 7 days will include a $25 late fee, and $15 for every 7 days thereafter.

In the event Client fails to adhere to the schedule of payment referenced by the deadline set forth,  Destined Designz retains the rights, but are not obligated, to pursue any or all of the following remedies:

• Terminate the Agreement
• Immediately stop all works-in-progress or remove unpaid for material
• Bring legal action
• Take website offline

The Client must submit all website updates request via email no more than 3 days after monthly payment is authorized. Designer will respond to all maintenance requests from Client within 8-24 hrs on weekdays, via email or phone. Client will receive an email confirmation that the request was received, an estimated completion date and an estimation of time need for each action item in the request. Designer will adhere to all quoted deadlines for the deliverables in the maintenance requests at all possible costs. In the event that the Designer has any issues in delivering on a quoted deadline, Client will be notified via email or telephone the reasoning for any change.

Designer and Client, both reserve the right to terminate this agreement at anytime upon 30 days written notice to the opposing party.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Website Maintenance Agreement effective on the day and year the monthly PayPal authorization is given.
